A	Alberto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre cordiali e gentili le ragazze che lavorano qui fanno un gran bel lavoro,anche sopportando a volte gente che davvero non se lo merita Torno sempre volentieri in questo piccolo ufficio postale poiche' quello in centro la maggior parte del tempo e' inaffrontabile nelle code e nella stupidita' dei clienti Grazie a tutte davvero per il lavoro svolto Always friendly and kind the girls who work here do a great job, even sometimes putting up with people who really don't deserve it. I always like to come back to this small post office because the one in the center most of the time is impossible to face in the queues and stupidity of the customers. Thank you all very much for the work done

Alcuni sportelli vengono chiusi anticipatamente per necessità interne e si crea un pò di fila sopratutto dopo le 12:30. Convenient post office located outside the center. Open only in the morning. Ma non si può ogni volta che si deve ritirare una raccomandata, fare 2 ore di fila sotto il ciocco del sole . I understand that covid is putting almost all activities in crisis. Se li fai fare un pó di fatica ti urlano addosso, si lamentano tutte le volte che vado hanno SEMPRE da dire e no il pacco è troppo grande e vai da un altra parte dopo 40 minuti di fila. ma cambiate lavoro!!! Se non ne avete voglia. Is it possible that they complain about every little move they have to make? As soon as they get up a little from the chair it seems that the world must come down. If you make them struggle a bit they scream at you, they complain every time I go they ALWAYS have to say and no the package is too big and you go somewhere else after 40 minutes in a row. but change jobs !!! G	Gatto Attilio caza moscas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forse son stata sfortunata, sono andata una volta e non torno piú. Sono andata per l'identificazione per lo Spid, portando il passaporto. La signora che mi ha servito mi dice che ho sbagliato il luogo di rilascio e che lei non me lo poteva cambiare. Io le rispondo che il luogo di rilascio è corretto, lei si agita, mi dice che no, che il passaporto essendo italiano viene rilasciato da Roma e non Ravenna? Vabbè lei tutta nervosa mi dice che mi arriverà una mail, mi ripete che non ha potuto fare la modifica e che mi rivolga a attenzione al cliente se c'è qualcosa e mi strascica "il loro telefono termina in blablabla". Dopo 10 min mi arriva la mail, confermata identitá e attivata spid. Quindi, bastava che la signora ammettesse non conoscere come sono i dati sul passaporto, chiedere aiuto a qualcuno invece che innervosirsi e volersi sbarazzare di me. Maybe I was unlucky, I went once and never come back. I went for identification for the Spid, carrying my passport. The lady who served me tells me that I have the wrong place of release and that she could not change it for me. I reply that the place of issue is correct, she gets agitated, she tells me that no, that the passport being Italian is issued by Rome and not Ravenna? Okay, all nervous she tells me that I will receive an email, she repeats that she has not could make the change and ask me to pay attention to the customer if there is something and draw me "their phone ends in blablabla". After 10 minutes I receive the email, confirmed identity and activated spid. So, it was enough for the lady to admit not knowing what the passport details are like, asking someone for help instead of getting nervous and wanting to get rid of me.
