m	marco giacomini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aldo Alberico e' sicuramente l'atleta piu'anticonformista che mi sia mai capitato di conoscere.....persona garbata come un lord inglese e forte come un orso grizzly!!!nonostante la sua taglia non lo dia a dimostrare.....essendo alto circa 1.80 e avendo un peso al massimo di 80/85 kg....il miglior personale trainer con cui ho lavorato.... nelle spiegazioni un tecnico chiaro e diretto ti fa'capire da subito che i risultati non si ottengono con le scorciatoie (altrimenti si e'sbagliato luogo e persona) ma con una metodica di lavoro mirata ,motivata,studiata ad personam e non massimalizzata "un tanto al kg"...e solo dopo aver buttato il sangue sotto la sua guida i risultati arrivano!!!!straconsigliato a chi crede che la forza non sia soltanto la dimostrazione di un'unico gesto atletico ripetuto, ma qualcosa mutaforna che da dentro parte e ti fa'dare il massimo in ogni gesto atletico!!! Aldo Alberico is surely the most nonconformist athlete that I have ever met ... kind person like an English lord and strong like a grizzly bear !!! despite his size he doesn't show it ... .. being about 1.80 tall and having a maximum weight of 80/85 kg .... the best personal trainer I have worked with .... in the explanations a clear and direct technician makes you understand immediately that the results are not they are obtained with shortcuts (otherwise you are wrong place and person) but with a targeted, motivated work method, studied ad personam and not maximized "a lot per kg" ... and only after throwing the blood under his guide the results come !!!! recommended to those who believe that strength is not only the demonstration of a single repeated athletic gesture, but something shapeshifter that from inside part and makes you give your best in every athletic gesture !!!

L'ABBIAMO TROVATO!! ? We were looking for a gym where our son was involved in the various activities, kept under an eye by the instructor, corrected in any mistakes made, with polite, helpful and attentive staff. WE FOUND IT !! ?
