★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo bisogno di una badante un paio d ore ogni sera e qualche ora nei festivi,mi è stato risposto che non hanno operatori per coprire questi orari,ma si sarebbero informati. Penso che questa attività sia stata aperta senza l organizzazione idonea. A distanza di un mese sto ancora aspettando la loro telefonata a seguito del -le faremo sapere-. Direi che Mai soli è un nome eccessivamente ottimista per questa attività
I needed a caregiver for a couple of hours every evening and a few hours on holidays, I was told that they don't have operators to cover these hours, but they would be informed. I think this business was opened without the proper organization. A month later, I'm still waiting for their phone call following the -we'll let you know-. I'd say Never Alone is an overly optimistic name for this business

Experience with the cooperative mai solidi mogliano Veneto was negative due to the difficulty of finding suitable personnel in an acceptable time frame and due to the lack of professionalism not of the carers but of the research staff.

About a year and a half we were looking for a caregiver for my mother-in-law, and we were at that moment in total desperation given the urgency and the pathology of the lady. We immediately found maximum commitment and availability and efficiency.
In fact, in this period the operators who sent us proved to be truly professional. Kudos to this team of wonderful guys !!
