Abbiamo chiamato per una perdita alla caldaia, l'addetto all'assistenza caldaie oltre che ad essere sprovvisto di pezzi di ricambio, ha peggiorato la fuoriuscita dell'acqua. Abbiamo chiamato la segretaria per fissare un appuntamento il più presto possibile data l'evidente perdita, ma la disponibilità dell'addetto c'era solo per la settimana dopo. Abbiamo sollecitato l'urgenza del servizio alla segretaria, che ci ha detto esplicitamente di cambiare Assistenza. Servizio pessimo e anti professionale, domani verranno persone piú organizzate e professionali.
IN RISPOSTA ALL'INTERVENTO:
Il figlio (piú che maggiorenne) aveva i soldi per pagare il lavoro, ma l'addetto non aveva il materiale per eseguire il servizio. Quindi la data è stata posticipata alla settimana dopo. Ripeto e riconfermo: La perdita dell'acqua è peggiorata dopo il controllo... nient'altro da dire.
Poor service. We called for a leak at the boiler, the boiler serviceman in addition to being without spare parts, worsened the leakage of water. We called the secretary to make an appointment as soon as possible given the obvious loss, but the availability of the attendant was only for the week after. We urged the urgency of the service to the secretary, who explicitly told us to change Assistance. Bad and unprofessional service, more organized and professional people will come tomorrow.
IN RESPONSE TO THE INTERVENTION:
The son (more than an adult) had the money to pay for the job, but the employee did not have the material to perform the service. So the date was postponed to the following week. I repeat and reconfirm: The loss of water has worsened after the control ... nothing else to say.

I titolari si sono dimostrati competenti e preziosi nel suggerirmi il modello di caldaia che soddisfacesse le mie esigenze. Hanno rispettato la tempistica di installazione che é stata effettuata in maniera professionale e cercando di esser il meno invasivi possibile. Mi hanno anche applicato uno sconto rispetto al preventivo perchè la durata dell'installazione é stata inferiore al previsto. Pienamente soddisfatto
I used the REM company to replace my old boiler. The owners proved to be competent and valuable in suggesting the boiler model that would satisfy my needs. They respected the installation timing which was carried out professionally and trying to be as less invasive as possible. They also applied me a discount compared to the estimate because the duration of the installation was less than expected. Fully satisfied
