β β β β β Lovely lunch of a 6 course tasting menu that comes with amuse bouche and petit fours. Good service in a quiet setting.

β β β β β I applaud chef Trentini for his passion and will to share the experience with all different groups of the society. Decor is elegant and simple. Not too extravagant. we went for lunch. The food wasnβt heavy. Balanced dishes all about flavors. Pairings were nice. Overall enjoyable experience.

β β β β β We went at this restaurant a few years ago, it was really excellent. Classic italian food with a modern twist, great taste and service really nice. This time, some hit and miss, no real logic on the menu. The waiters were polite but a bit robotic, dishes were served one by one with no interest. No wine experience, not local, quite cheap, and the sommelier is completely flat. It is true table are a bit too close and waiters go back and forth, but if the experience would have been there, it would not be a problem. The restaurant should find its identity, for now its quite superficial.

β β β β β Not sure what "down home cooking" means - i would call it fusion fine dining. Degustation only - we choose 8 courses which was a bit too much for me. Everything was beautifully presented. Multiple amuse bouches and petit fours. Tartare with caviar and passionfruit was interesting. We went with their wine selection by the glass and had some options that were innovative. Service is professional if seemingly rushed.
