β β β β β Vi troverete due letti singoli all'ingresso, il che vuol dire che, se viaggiate da soli, in qualsiasi momenti potrebbe arrivare uni sconosciuto ospite ad impegnare l'altro letto. Inoltre non avrete mai nessun contatto visivo con il proprietario, il quale rifiuterΓ pure di incontrarvi. Consiglio la struttura solo a una famiglia o a 4 persone. Confermo invece la pulizia, il confort e la posizione dell'appartamento ottima.
 You will find two single beds at the entrance, which means that, if you travel alone, at any time an unknown guest could arrive to engage the other bed. Furthermore you will never have any visual contact with the owner, who will also refuse to meet you. I only recommend the property to a family or 4 people. I confirm instead the cleanliness, comfort and location of the excellent apartment.

Comfortable apartment a stone's throw from the bulk located in an internal courtyard: with two bedrooms with double bed, it is the ideal solution for couples and families looking for a quiet place. Remote opening, excellent cleanliness and friendliness of the owner distinguish it.

β β β β β For one night it's enough for more I wouldn't recommend it.
It's a 2 bedroom appartement that is small. The 2 rooms are used for bed and breakfast but you have to pay more for the breakfast so not really a B&B .
There's a kitchen as well but it's always closed not to be used by the clients. The leaving room and bathroom are shared and the balcony as well.There's no air conditioning in the rooms there's air conditioning in the leaves room but it's not on and the control is not available to the clients.
The owner told me he would send me different good addresses for breakfast by mail and I never received anything and yes I did check my spams.
While we were there the owner stayed in the flat as well in the kitchen. He spoke on the fun or listen to music or tv lowed and late at night.
We always felt like we were intruding in someone's house. We never felt confortable there.
We stayed there for 3 nights. The only thing close to the flat is the mole with the cinema museum the rest of town is quite far away from the flat .
Otherwise it was a clean place, the bed was not the best but I've been in worse.

β β β β β It does not accept payment by credit card and all emails and contact are very strange. At arrival, the door is open "by computer" (aka... someone opens it and locks himself in a room or the kitchen).
Regarding the kitchen, it is not for use. It's bead and no breakfast.
We never saw anyone, just had the strange feeling that someone was on the apartment and did not want us to know, which left us very uncomfortable.
There is A/C installed, but the control is nowhere to be seen, so you are not supposed to use it. Instead, you have a loud fan.
No shampoo or shower gel are included.
There are notes spread along the apartment that are quite strict and borderline passive aggressive about fines for not leaving things clean, etc etc. (I wonder how they would charge those though...).
On the positive side, everything was clean and the room was spacious.

2. People from next floor were smoking illegal stuff and the smell was going to all windows of flat, it was disgusting
3. Name is B&B but at the hall we had an additional price for breakfast (I didn't understand this)
4. It was 2 beds moved together but its not comfortable for couple
5. In 1) e-mail 2) at information at the paper on the hall door owners were not polite - in the process of reading I felt us unwelcoming, +
- in e-mail it was mentioned that its not allowed to leave hair in the bathroom, but when I come to bathroom after cleaning, there was long long hair (disgusting)
- in e-mail it were mentioned name and password for wifi, but in fact they were different
