R	Roberto Pasquale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto bisogno del soccorso Aci e mi sono imbattuto in questo contesto che mi ha sbalordito per le poche parole che ci siamo detti e fidati l'uno dell'altro io ho avuto un problema al cambio del mio camper sono stato soccorso in maniera eccellente e quando siamo arrivati in officina c'è stata disponibilità e professionalità messe a disposizione del cliente dove in ogni punto ACI si dovrebbero rispettare è qui le ho riscontrate tutte persone stupende e spero che continui così il loro lavoro mi ha fatto piacere incontrarle. I needed Aci rescue and I came across this context that amazed me for the few words we said and trusted each other I had a problem changing my camper I was rescued in an excellent way and when we arrived at the workshop there was availability and professionalism made available to the customer where in every ACI point they should be respected and here I met them all wonderful people and I hope that their work continues like this I was pleased to meet them.

La riparazione era banale, ma il costo della riparazione, sia per il ricambio che per la manodopera non è stato esattamente economico. Very satisfied with the roadside assistance, in the times announced by the ACI operator despite the adverse conditions. The repair was trivial, but the cost of the repair, both for the replacement and for the labor was not exactly cheap.

Sostituzione alternatore in meno di 2 ore. Ringrazio anche il Signor Claudio delle chiacchere e del caffè offertomi. Grazie My car had a breakdown and I had to stop in this garage. L	Luigi Capalbo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto un problema alla macchina e tramite l'assicurazione ho trovato questa officina ,(soccorso Aci) i quali si sono offerti subito disponibili , professionali ed ho apprezzato molto che il titolare della stessa , mi ha fatto compagnia nell'attesa che mi dessero una camera nell' albergo accanto .... Inoltre mi hanno accompagnato in stazione per farsi che io potessi rientrare a Roma .... Spero che nn vi capiterá però se succede in zona sarete fortunati perchè sono persone che lavorano con abnegazione .... I had a problem with the car and through the insurance I found this workshop, (Aci rescue) who immediately offered themselves available, professional and I really appreciated that the owner of the same, kept me company waiting for them to give me a room in the hotel next door .... They also accompanied me to the station to make sure that I could return to Rome .... Essendo domenica sera, alloggio presso l'Hotel di fianco all'officina. Il mattino dopo, alle 8.00, il titolare era già presente e gli sottopongo il problema. Mette subito l'auto in lavorazione e il meccanico trova il guasto. Vista l'anzianità del veicolo, decido di lasciarla da loro in attesa del ricambio. Vengo accompagnato in stazione da loro. Una volta riparata l'auto torno a riprenderla, e naturalmente un collaboratore del titolare è venuto a prendermi in stazione. Ho trovato competenza, disponibilità, serietà e attenzione al cliente, oltre ad un conto giusto e assolutamente non esoso. Complimenti!!!! ... e grazie di tutto. Ho chiamato dalla Calabria per il recupero di un auto a 600km da casa mia, ho trovato dall'altra parte una persona eccezionale che si è subito messa a disposizione,recupero eseguito in maniera professionale e accurato, davvero grazie ancora per tutto! As if we had known each other for a lifetime .. Marco, exquisite person with a unique cordiality and professionalism! I called from Calabria for the recovery of a car 600km from my home, I found on the other side an exceptional person who immediately made himself available, recovery carried out professionally and accurately, thank you very much again for everything!
K	Karl-Heinz Setzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich vergebe 5 Sterne PLUS an das gesamte Team einschließlich des Chefs.Ich hatte eine Panne mit dem Wohnmobil. Der Pannendienst kam und kam nicht, da hilt der ACI Laster von Marco an und trotz Verständigungsschwierigkeiten schaffte er es den nötigen Auftrag zu bekommen. Da es schon Abend war konnten wir auf dem Gelände der Firma im Fzg. übernachten. Am nächsten Tag wurde ein Bühnenplatz in der Werkstatt freigemacht und das Womo sofort und in nur einem Tag mit Überstunden repariert. Somit stand unserer Weiterfahrt nichts mehr im Weg. Das alles geschah mit viel Gedult des Werkstatteames wegen der Sprachprobleme. Deswegen vielen Dank an den Chef Franco und an das Team Marco, Eduarto und Biagio. The breakdown service came and never came when Marco's ACI truck stopped and despite communication difficulties, he managed to get the necessary order. Since it was already evening we could spend the night in the vehicle on the company's premises. The next day, a stage space in the workshop was cleared and the motorhome was repaired immediately and in just one day with overtime. So nothing stood in the way of our onward journey. All this happened with a lot of patience from the workshop team because of the language problems. Therefore many thanks to the boss Franco and to the team Marco, Eduarto and Biagio.

Una mancanza totale di professionalità, umanità e di comprensione. Meccanici e rimorchiatore stradale ai limiti della maleducazione con un atteggiamento ostico e crudo nei confronti degli sventurati che si trovano loro malgrado a stare lì. Farò segnalazione anche alla sede centrale dell'ACI affinché questi elementi vengano richiamati dato che è grazie ai guai degli altri se lavorano e mangiano. Sono fortunati che Google obbliga a dare minimo una stella, non meritano nemmeno quella. E infine, è ridicolo che nel 2021 in Italia ad ogni casello autostradale non ci sia un noleggio auto/furgone che risponda alle esigenze dei clienti If the inconvenience of having a car breakdown while on the road is not enough, rest assured that the MADVI workshop will do worse, much worse. A total lack of professionalism, humanity and understanding. Mechanics and road tug at the limits of rudeness with a tough and raw attitude towards the unfortunate who find themselves there in spite of themselves. I will also report to the ACI headquarters for these items to be recalled as it is thanks to the troubles of others if they work and eat. They are lucky that Google obliges them to give at least one star, they don't deserve that either.
