Als ich dann die Rechnung bekam war die nächste Überraschung perfekt. Der Preis war mehr als gerecht. In Deutschland hätte ich das fünffache bezahlt. Vielen Dank für die schnelle und günstige Hilfe. Great workshop. Got my lighting on an isuzu d-max repaired within 15 minutes. Without appointment. When I got the bill, the next surprise was perfect. The price was more than fair. In Germany I would have paid five times as much. Thank you for the quick and cheap help.

Konnte mein Auto innerhalb von zwei Tagen zu einem fairen Preis wieder fit machen wofür die Fiat Werkstatt angeblich eine Woche gebraucht hätte. (Bin selbst KFZ Mechaniker) Freundlich und immer Rückmeldung gebend wird hier gearbeitet. Vor allem als Tourist des Auto im Urlaub ein Problem hat ist man Perfekt aufgehoben. This workshop is really highly recommended. Could make my car fit again within two days at a fair price for which the Fiat workshop would have taken a week. (I am a car mechanic myself) Friendly and always giving feedback is worked here. Especially as a tourist of the car has a problem on vacation you are in perfect hands.

L	Luca Zizzari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla da dire su cortesia e disponibilità del personale, dalla segretaria ai due meccanici, però non posso consigliare questa officina e non ci tornerei: - auto consegnata in ritardo rispetto alle previsioni - auto sostitutiva imbarazzante (una seicento scassata che temevo mi lasciasse a piedi) - ho visto uno dei meccanici all'opera per una decina di minuti e sono rimasto sorpreso: non mi è parso molto professionale (ad esempio il cofano motore, che non si chiudeva bene, è stato sbattuto malamente e con troppa forza) - la scatola che alloggia la batteria è stata tagliata (in pratica è stato tolto uno dei lati) senza dirmi nulla - voci di spesa "fantasiose" nel preventivo per gonfiare i costi: spese di spedizione dei componenti, rabbocco liquidi funzionali (di norma gratuito), materiali di consumo, contributo smaltimento rifiuti... tutte spese assenti nei preventivi delle altre officine; 1 ora di manodopera in più rispetto al normale - ricarico spropositato di alcuni componenti (tra l'altro non originali ma economici) Avrei potuto fare il lavoro altrove a quasi la metà del prezzo, ma non ho voluto badarci fidandomi delle recensioni... Spero la mia sia utile a qualcuno. EDIT: Il cavo era già stato sostituito, c'era solo da regolare la battuta del cofano (che in ogni caso non si tratta come ho visto fare). Le perplessità su preventivo e ricambi le avevo già espresse dal vivo, per le altre cose lamentarsi sarebbe stato inutile. Nothing to say about the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, from the secretary to the two mechanics, but I cannot recommend this workshop and I would not return: - car delivered late compared to forecasts - embarrassing replacement car (a battered six hundred that I feared would leave me on foot) - I saw one of the mechanics at work for about ten minutes and I was surprised: it did not seem very professional (for example the bonnet, which did not close properly, was slammed badly and with too much force) - the box that houses the battery has been cut (in practice one of the sides has been removed) without telling me anything - "imaginative" expense items in the estimate to inflate costs: component shipping costs, functional liquid refilling (usually free of charge), consumables, waste disposal contribution ... all costs absent in the estimates of other workshops; 1 hour more labor than normal - disproportionate reloading of some components (among other things not original but cheap) I could have done the job elsewhere for almost half the price, but I didn't want to mind trusting the reviews ... I hope mine is useful to someone. EDIT: The cable had already been replaced, there was only to adjust the stop of the hood (which in any case is not treated as I have seen done). I had already expressed my concerns about the quote and spare parts live, for other things complaining would have been useless.
