I was assisted in the planning and design of the spaces in a very professional way, managing to solve very specific problems in the renovation of my apartment. It was a very pleasant experience, accompanied by cordial relations with all the staff.

Concordo con la valutazione negativa data da altri utenti al personale che ha effettuato il montaggio: scortesi, sbrigativi, lavoro approssimativo (400 Euro di costo montaggio!). Anche la progettazione ha lasciato a desiderare. Si è dovuta invertire la posizione di frigo e pensili a lavoro ultimato, un laterale da interno ora si trova all'esterno. Elettrodomestici di qualità basica. Sarò forse stata sfortunata io, ma l'esperienza è stata negativa. Ho scritto una mail spiegando il motivo per cui esprimo ora questa valutazione, ma non ho ancora ottenuto risposta. Le recensioni non positive possono essere utili a migliorare il servizio. I'm sorry, but I find myself very unhappy. I agree with the negative evaluation given by other users to the staff who carried out the assembly: rude, hasty, rough work (400 Euro of assembly cost!). The design also left something to be desired. The position of the fridge and wall units had to be reversed once the work was completed, an internal sideboard is now on the outside. Basic quality appliances. I may have been unlucky, but the experience was bad. I wrote an email explaining why I am now expressing this rating, but I have not received a reply yet. Non-positive reviews can help improve your service.

Voglio precisare che nel negozio non c'erano altri clienti e che erano presenti due operatrici. Anche qualora fossero state in attesa di clienti con l'appuntamento, avrebbero comunque potuto rispondere ad alcune domande che volevo porgere loro. Non avrei preteso un preventivo nell'immediato, ma solo qualche dettaglio su materiali e modelli, giusto per farmi un'idea e sapere su quale orientarmi per un futuro acquisto. Pazienza... Sono risalita in auto e sono andata dal rivenditore Lube di Livorno (Masoni arredamenti), dove mi hanno accompagnata nella visita del negozio, ho scelto il modello che volevo e con molta pazienza e professionalità, andando ben oltre l'orario di chiusura del negozio, mi hanno fatto il preventivo della cucina che andrò ad acquistare. As soon as I entered I was blocked to be informed that, in compliance with the anti covid regulations, they could not give me explanations except by appointment. I want to point out that there were no other customers in the shop and that there were two operators. Even if they had been expecting clients with an appointment, they could still have answered a few questions I wanted to ask them. I would not have demanded an immediate quote, but only some details on materials and models, just to get an idea and know which one to orient myself on for a future purchase. Patience... I got back in the car and went to the Lube dealer in Livorno (Masoni arredamenti), where they accompanied me on a visit to the shop, I chose the model I wanted and with a lot of patience and professionalism, going well beyond the closing time of the shop, they gave me a quote for the kitchen that I am going to buy.
