Luogo adatto al parapendio come si vede dalle foto, rendono ancora più affascinate il panorama. Il Santuario ha una sua bellezza profonda . La Madonna del Granato, fra le più belle mai viste .in una mano , puoi leggere tutto il significato di questa terra fertile . Il melograno , simbolo della fertilità ..
consiglio a tutti in esperienza . Inoltre vicino ci sono dei ristoranti i che si mangia anche bene .

In una bella giornata di sole non vorreste più andare via . Il tramonto ? è fantastico . E l’alba non di meno.
Enchanting place is full of mystical charm. Its breathtaking view overlooking the bay from Agropoli to Paestum and the entire Sele plain, and beyond the horizon, make it possible to understand the importance of the strategic place both from ancient times to today. Place suitable for paragliding as you can see from the photos, make the view even more fascinating. The Sanctuary has its own profound beauty. The Madonna del Granato, among the most beautiful ever seen. In one hand, you can read all the meaning of this fertile land. The pomegranate, symbol of fertility.
I recommend to all in experience. Also nearby there are restaurants that are also good.
There is also a picnic area.
On a beautiful sunny day you would never want to leave. Sunset ? is fantastic. And dawn no less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the popular sanctuaries in Cilento. You may find the name of the sanctuary a bit strange, but going through the theological explanations you can accept it. As being the second Eve, Blessed Virgin brings a different fruit (Jesus who is also represented as a pomegranate - a symbol of clusters of mystery). The Eve in the Old Testament brought the fruit of sin and in her sin she bore her sons.
Often the Diocesesan and other pilgrimages reach the sanctuary. The sanctuary has a Josephine Monk as the rector. Yearly festival in honour of Our Lady of Granato (pomegranate) is celebrated on 15th August (feast of the Assumption). Pilgrims come by foot bringing decorated candles (le cende) on their head. Some are inspired by their simple faith and some out of their superstitions.
The sanctuary is on a hill of Capaccio and from there you can see many places like Paestum and Agropoli. A tour connecting Paestum and Cilento can have a spiritual visit at the sanctuary to complete.
