★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno dei posti dove il cibo di strada raggiunge l' apice; la trippa bollita e condita con limone è gustosa anche come aperitivo. Vedere il macellaio tagliarla e condirla è come assistere a un folklore che non dovrebbe andar perso. Peccato che non abbia pensato a fotografarlo....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato in questo quartiere circa un mese fa, siamo passati davanti a questa macelleria e siamo stati attratti dalla trippa.. condita e gustata per strada.. solo qui e solo a Napoli..
