★ ★ ★ ★ ★ premesso che sono di Roma, ma recandomi spesso a Napoli per lavoro, ed essendo un buon carnivoro appassionato di Barbecue, ho voluto assaggiare la carne (di Napoli), sono entrato in questa storica macelleria nel cuore del Rione Sanità dove il simpatico titolare Vincenzo Calvino, gentile e cortese nei modi oltre che molto professionale e competente mi ha consigliato delle bistecche di Picanha Brasiliana ottima per le grigliate direi anche difficile da reperire, spettacolare e una Tomahawak Irlandese e me l ha presentata come se avesse in mano un ascia, non a caso la Tomahawak presenta una forma particolare che ricorda l'ascia degli indiani d'america... tornato a Roma ho fatto una super grigliata, Grazie ENZO il Re della Carne
given that I am from Rome, but often going to Naples for work, and being a good carnivore passionate about Barbecue, I wanted to taste the meat (from Naples), I entered this historic butcher in the heart of the Rione Sanità where the friendly owner Vincenzo Calvino , kind and courteous in his ways as well as very professional and competent he recommended me some Brazilian Picanha steaks excellent for grilling I would say also difficult to find, spectacular and an Irish Tomahawak and presented it to me as if he had an ax in his hand, not a case the Tomahawak has a particular shape reminiscent of the ax of the American Indians ... back in Rome I did a super barbecue, Thanks ENZO the King of Meat
