ma vengo servita da un signore che prima si asciuga il naso e senza lavarsi le mani mi serve la carne, e poi osservo anche altri suoi colleghi maneggiano soldi e continuano a servire senza il passaggio "lavaggio mani"
Chiedo spezzatino e siccome nel banco non è sufficente la quantità mi dice ne prendo di fresca in frigo...
mi propone carne presa in frigo leggermente congelata dicendo che è fresca!! ma non posso ricongelata, sapete che carica batterica si produce. Mi dice che meglio metterla via cotta! Ho capito ma volevo fare scorta in frizer e cucinarla in vari modi al momento. La carne è buona ma manca qualche leggero accorgimento per le normali norme igieniche.

I ask for stew and since the counter is not enough the quantity tells me I take it fresh in the fridge ...
offers me meat taken in the fridge slightly frozen saying it is fresh !! but I can't refrozen, you know that bacterial load is produced. It tells me that better to put it away cooked! I understood but I wanted to stock up in the freezer and cook it in various ways at the moment. The meat is good but some slight precautions for normal hygiene rules are missing.
