★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Macelleria, Salumeria in pieno centro di Capalbio, un po' nascosta ma esistente da parecchio tempo. Prodotti freschi e stagionati di sua produzione senza "alchimie" strane. Sapori puri, semplici, di una volta.....Manzo, Vitellone, Maiale, Agnello e Capretto; di solito provenienti da zone limitrofe di produzione. Prezzi onesti.
 Butcher, Salumeria in the center of Capalbio, a little hidden but existing for a long time. Fresh and seasoned products of its production without strange "alchemy". Pure, simple flavors of the past ..... Beef, Veal, Pork, Lamb and Kid; usually from neighboring production areas. Honest prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Materie prime di ottima qualità e servizio eccellente. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e ci ha aperto e servito nonostante fossimo un pochino fuori orario. Ci siamo fatti preparare al momento dei panini con salumi e formaggi da portare in spiaggia(tutti ottimi ma standing ovation alla porchetta che era qualcosa di spaziale) e abbiamo anche voluto provare dei salamini di cinghiale, che non sono nemmeno arrivati fino alla spiaggia, da tanto erano buoni! Torneremo sicuramente, anche per portare qualcosa a casa alla fine della nostra vacanza, perché ho chiesto e fanno anche servizio di sottovuoto! Veramente un posto da non perdere per assaporare i veri sapori toscani!
Top quality raw materials and excellent service. The owner was very kind and opened and served us even though we were a little bit out of hours. We had sandwiches with salami and cheeses prepared at the moment to take to the beach (all excellent but standing ovation to the porchetta which was something spatial) and we also wanted to try some wild boar salami, which didn't even reach the beach, from they were so good! We will definitely be back, also to take something home at the end of our holiday, because I asked for and they also do vacuum service! Truly a place not to be missed to savor the real Tuscan flavors!
