I prodotti - seppur locali - non possono sicuramente definirsi di eccellente qualità e, soprattutto il locale, parliamo del punto vendita di Via Cattaneo, è abbastanza piccolo per tutto ciò che è esposto e venduto, e per le persone che lo frequentano; si presenta, quindi, angusto, null'affatto piacevole da girare e sporco. Ancora più sgradevole è il vociare da mercato, e l'atteggiamento frettoloso ed indisponente verso i clienti ed il peso di quanto ai richiesto sempre in eccesso. Ultima notazione, e non certo per importanza, è l'assoluta mancanza di controllo e regolamentazione degli accessi della clientela e nessun controllo sul fatto che indossino la mascherina ( in realtà neanche il cassiere la indossava!). In conclusione : si può senz'altro fare la spesa altrove ! Gentile proprietario scrivo recensioni solo per quello che credo possa essere utile ad altri sapere, e chi lavora bene pubblicità se la fa già da solo, quindi in genere non ce n'è bisogno. Sconcertante vedere come ci abbia messo 3 settimane per rispondere alla recensione e non sia stato in grado di fare meglio che scopiazzare quanto scritto dal proprietario di Villa Catelli circa le mie recensioni! Peraltro, per quella recensione, ho scuse scritte del proprietario per l'ospitalità prestata che contraddicono la risposta pubblica, quindi... Nei periodi di lockdown più stringente personale era dedicato solamente a guidare i clienti nelle procedure anticovid. Non è vero che è sporco, è pulito e ben organizzato; non è piccolo; i clienti non si sognano nemmeno di vociare e portano tutti la mascherina come il personale; i prodotti sono ottimi; il personale è gentile e disponibile; ti suggerisce anche come cucinare al meglio i prodotti.
