★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bè devo dire che la qualità è ottima della carne,basta vedere quando la si cucina,cala pochissimo ed è tenerissima e hanno dei polpettoni alle verdure,ai spinaci,speck, e al radicchio top del top,per mia esperienza personale diffidate da coloro che hanno un bancone stra ricco di qualunque leccornia preparata e composta ad arte....poche cose sul banco frigo,e se vi serve una cosa il macellaio vàin retro a farla in un attimo,questo è il top del top,provate anche le fiorentine di vitello e di sorana sono ancestrali??poi le salsicce di pollo e tacchino meravigliose come gli hamburger reali ecc.insomma dopo ciò non c'è più nulla da dire,ivece bisogna dire che i fratelli che gestiscono tutto ciò,i banconieri sono di una gentilezza e simpatia unica,ti consigliano sempre per ogni cosa e la merce proviene da allevatori di zona e da contadini grande qualità e sicurezz del prodotto non ci sono polli gialli ginormici ma polli magri e gustosi allevati dai contadini del posto,fateci un salto e vedrete macelleria Martellozzo, top del top.
