★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il corso si tiene in una bellissima palestra con pavimento di parquet e soffitto con travi a vista, molto ampia e accogliente e ben riscaldata d'inverno. Insegnante molto preparata e competente propone moltissimi esercizi per la flessibilità della colonna vertebrale. Mal di schiena sparito. La lezione di un'ora e mezza vola.
 The course is held in a beautiful gym with parquet floor and ceiling with exposed beams, very large and welcoming and well heated in winter. A highly trained and competent teacher proposes many exercises for the flexibility of the spine. Backache gone. The lesson of an hour and a half flies.
