Well-kept center and even in this period of Covid emergency, the owner has shown herself to be attentive and hospitable. I recommend this center to both beginners who will find trained and welcoming teachers to make them grow quickly; and to those who have been practicing for years, but are looking for depth and quality to bring the teachings into real life, thanks to highly effective seminars and courses. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento il centro da quando ha aperto e sono subito rimasta sorpresa dalla professionalità e dalla passione di chi lo gestisce. Ottimo sia per chi si avvicina allo yoga (in particolare al kundalini) sia per i più esperti con lezioni avanzate e master class.
La cosa più bella secondo me è che oltre alle lezioni c'e un ricco programma di attività correlate e interessanti.
I have been attending the center since it opened and I was immediately surprised by the professionalism and passion of those who manage it. Excellent for both those approaching yoga (in particular kundalini) and for the more experienced with advanced lessons and master classes.
The best thing in my opinion is that in addition to the lessons there is a rich program of related and interesting activities.
