Al momento dell'ordine chiedono a che ora deve essere fatta la consegna. La mattina stessa mi chiamano per sapere il numero della mia compagna. La chiamano due ore prima di consegnare, per avvisarla, rovinando completamente la sorpresa. A quel punto chiamo per chiedere chiarimenti in merito, e mi viene risposto che devono essere sicuri che quando suonano il campanello la persona sia pronta ad aprire... L'approccio è pur legittimo, ma visto che in genere chi fa un regalo vuole anche la sorpresa, bisognerebbe anche avvisare che per loro la sorpresa non esiste. Oppure trovare un altro sistema per accertarsi che il destinatario sia disponibile.
Quindi sorpresa rovinata per me livello di soddisfazione basso
