A tutto questo aggiungete l'assoluta affidabilità di tutti membri della famiglia Vezzoso, competenti, sempre gentili e disponibili, sempre sorridenti e a disposizione delle domande dei clienti fissi e di quelli di passaggio. Grazie a loro e ai loro consigli (dove comprare il pane, il latte, le uova, le verdure a Porta Palazzo?) ho praticamente smesso di fare la spesa al supermercato. Unici. Per quanto riguarda il reparto gastronomia e formaggi, il personale è molto gentile e competente, mi riservo invece tre stelle per la macelleria. La carne è buona, ma ad eccezione dei ragazzi giovani gentili e abbastanza accurati, gli altri sono frettolosi, poco curati e non brillanti in simpatia. Ho avuto l'impressione di aver fatto quasi un torto a comprare la carne da loro. Siccome non mi piace far torti a nessuno, non mi reco più da loro, oltre al fatto che massacrano pezzi di carne nobile come lo scamone, con coltellacci inappropriati e denotando poca professionalità. As for the gastronomy and cheese department, the staff is very kind and competent, but I reserve three stars for the butcher. The meat is good, but with the exception of the gentle and fairly neat young boys, the others are hasty, careless, and not brilliant in sympathy. I was under the impression that I almost did a wrong by buying meat from them. Since I don't like to hurt anyone, I don't go to them anymore, besides the fact that they massacre pieces of noble meat like the rump, with inappropriate cutlery and showing little professionalism.
