Carni di primissima qualitΓ accompagnate dall'esperienza nel saperla trattare. Vi consiglio di non chiedere il pezzo ma dire il piatto che volete realizzare.
Gustosa anche la parte di formaggi (sia locali che del resto d'Italia) e salumi.

It might happen to see the other stands empty while the Piedmontese Meat Center is besieged by customers: it is absolutely not a coincidence. Top quality meats accompanied by the experience of knowing how to treat it. I advise you not to ask for the piece but to say the dish you want to make.
Also tasty is the part of cheeses (both local and from the rest of Italy) and cured meats.
