Butcher with attached grill, excellent meat always proposed with tasty variations, all other products are always local, from caciocavallo in terrine to stuffed buffalo, very tasty.

Abbiamo preso come antipasto una caponata di melanzane su letto di ricotta e come secondi una tartare di manzo e uno spiedo misto. Consigliato anche per il personale accogliente e per il buon rapporto qualità prezzo. A 5-star menu! Excellent quality meat combined with Mediterranean vegetables and flavors in a balanced way, all served on beautifully presented dishes. We had an aubergine caponata on a bed of ricotta as an appetizer and a beef tartare and a mixed skewer as main courses. Also recommended for its welcoming staff and good value for money.

Abbiamo mangiato la millefoglie di melanzana, sublime, tagliata morbida si scioglieva in bocca, e paccheri con macinato in viaggio. Consiglio vivamente. Patrizia ? Nice place I went back the second time, the food is really good, refined dishes, even being a BRACERIA. Excellent quality price. G	Gi Co on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo una visita ai laghi di Monticchio ci siamo spostati a Melfi per il pranzo. Buona macelleria-braceria. Primi ottimi e abbondanti. Una lasagnetta bianca con salsiccia e funghi porcini decisamente squisita. Una tagliatelle ai funghi porcini dove i funghi la facevano da padrone e non come solitamente li vedi tra un filo di pasta e l'altra dopo un'attenta ricerca. Ottima la tagliata di manzo e buoni e abbondanti gli spiedini (io direi veri spiedi) di carni miste. Non abbiamo assaggiato i taglieri di salumi ma, pensiamo di ritornare apposta. Una sola pecca, il caffè. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Prezzi nella norma. Ci rivedremo presto. After a visit to the Monticchio lakes we moved to Melfi for lunch. Good butcher-grill. Excellent and abundant first courses. A very exquisite white lasagna with sausage and porcini mushrooms. A tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms where mushrooms were the masters and not as you usually see them between a thread of pasta and the other after careful research. Excellent cut of beef and good and abundant skewers (I would say real skewers) of mixed meats. We have not tasted the cold cuts but we plan to return on purpose. One flaw, the coffee. Staff very kind and helpful. Prices in the norm. We will meet again soon.
A	Associazione Cuore di Padre Pio Onlus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In cerca di una Braceria nei pressi di Melfi abbiamo deciso di cenare presso la Braceria Rauseo, gentilissima Sonia che ci ha accolto e chiedo il Green Pass e aiutato a scegliere tutte le pietanze per la serata, un tagliere di ottima qualità, aglianico della casa veramente buono, una gustosa fiorentina e una ottima tagliata, dolci buoni e abbondanti e amaro alle erbe fatto in casa buonissimo. Consiglio per mangiare dell ottima carne e passare una bella serata In search of a Braceria near Melfi we decided to have dinner at the Braceria Rauseo, very kind Sonia who welcomed us and asked for the Green Pass and helped to choose all the dishes for the evening, a cutting board of excellent quality, Aglianico of the house really good, a tasty Florentine and an excellent tagliata, good and abundant desserts and a very good homemade bitter with herbs.
