Door as it should be, fresh and tastfull. First to order at the ... Yes, at the next room... Full very OK fixed menu, for €15,0 wine and water inclusief. Place to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is just perfect. Very special dining experience. Don't expect anything that's not meat (a little bit of cheese must do the vegetable trick). Lovely add-on: the suoer sweet kittens in the courtyard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to have a taste of Puglia without the fuss of the fancy restaurants. All local produce and mostly made onsite. They have their own cows and pigs and they just have them processed at another facility. The "restaurant" is next to the butcher shop and it has aircon and shades. The 15 euros menu would feed a small giant. I mean, it s a taste of what this land can offer at an affordable price. 5 stars for quality. It s a family business, with house wine the colour of blood and plastic plates but, to me, these kind of places are 10 times better than proper restaurants with fancy dishes and decoration on their plates. It's a true local experience. Kudos to businesses like this one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! Best meal of my trip!! first time where i went to a butcher and he cooks the meet he sales on the spot for you. It's a whole different experience eating something that they way it should be cooked and seasoned rather than me trying to cook something semi decently lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good local butcher store with a little restaurant besides! They have a fixed menu for only 15 euros including drinks. You get a plate with local and fresh salumi, ricotta and mozzarella cheese. And of course a selection of local meets on the grill! A recommendation!
