M	Matteo Bernardini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Macelleria in pieno centro di Pontremoli, dove si respira ancora, tanto nella Macelleria quanto nel Centro, l'atmosfera Lunigianese che accomunava tutta la Vallata fino al Mare, fino s Luni, fonte originaria e primaria della cultura sviluppatasi intorno a Luni stessa, e che poi confluiva nella stessa Luni, come le acque del Fiume Magra ed i suoi numerosi affluenti. Adesso, però, più si va verso il Mare, più questo mondo fatto di Stile, Storia, Tradizioni, Prodotti, Animo fiero ,ma Gentile , Buon Gusto, Consapevolezza, ma non Spavalderia ed Esibizionismo, s'è perso e si perde. In questa Macelleria si trovano prodotti Lunigianesi, siano Carni, Formaggi, Testaroli, Ottime Torte di Verdure ,Funghi ed altro, accompagnati da gentilezza e signorilità d'animo dei proprietari, cosa di cui ho avuto prova certa ed indiscutibile, ragion per cui, l'abbinamento tra la bontà dei Prodotti e quella dei Proprietari è ben più che un motivo valido per tornarci. Qui potrete trovare i famosi testaroli di pontremoli e su prenotazione si possono richiedere la torta derbi e le altre torte. Il personale è gentile e molto disponibile. Excellent butchery, well stocked with excellent meat. They also sell typical products and cheeses.
