E' un posto del cuore, dove oltretutto si mangia molto bene. Non è un ristorante tradizionale. Bisogna saperlo amare. Mangiammo molto bene (prezzi adeguati!) però dalle recensioni attuali credo di capire che ora lo gestisce il figlio, ma nessuno pubblica foto per giudicare se è proprio lo stesso rinomato locale (all’epoca direi quasi un’osteria poco visibile). Qualcuno può essere più dettagliato? Grazie. Adesso ho rintracciato la recensione del grande Gianni MURA. È un documento importante e dettagliato, che rende merito ai vecchi gestori. Piatti ben cucinati, materie prime ottime. Trattoria molto curata , come vorreste trovarne a ogni tappa. Notevole la frittura. Bacciottini was a very pleasant surprise, right from the unusual entrance through a corridor from the main road. Well cooked dishes, excellent raw materials. Delizioso! Ovviamente il baccalà è l'ingrediente principe delle ricette; per un menù che ha fatto storia con le sue frittelle di baccalà non servono recensioni, basta andare e provarle: sono squisite! Entrata in un vecchio palazzo del centro storico di Pontremoli. Bancone in legno, coperto semplice, grande simpatia di Raffaello Baciottini. Consigliatissimo i testaroli, il tortino d'erbi e il merluzzo di San Giovanni. E quando è stagione i funghi. I prezzi nella media, location carina anche se il locale è situato alla fine di un corridoio interno a un palazzo che lo rende poco attraente, stile della sala classico. The strong points of the restaurant were the precision of the waiter, who I believe was the owner, and the quality of the materials, including the oil whose origin I did not ask for but which was really excellent in taste and beautiful to look at. Average prices, nice location even if the restaurant is located at the end of a corridor inside a building which makes it unattractive, classic style of the room.
J	Jakob Maaløe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place with some nice servings. Expect local food cooked by mama in the kitchen. We ate around 13:30 and no guests beside us were present until 14:30. By then we were a total of 5 adults and 3 kids. Although there were many empty tables the owner (and waiter) dismissed another couple wanting a table - from what I understood, because they would not accept more people than what were manageable for them (for lunch probably). I find that charming to be honest... good food, nice servings and very nice service. :-) It looks dark from the outside but pay them a visit.
