Ho gradito molto gli involtini di carne al sugo. Buono il servizio ai tavoli e buono il rapporto qualità e prezzo . 5 stelle meritate . Excellent Apulian cuisine at Macchiaviva. A nice platter of cold cuts and cheeses as an appetizer and paccheri with seafood as a first course. I really enjoyed the meat rolls with sauce. Good table service and good value for money. 5 stars you deserve.
A	Annalisa Prosperi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rare volte mi è capitato di respirare un’aria di cordialità e cura verso il cliente com’è accaduto in questo bistrot posto appena oltre l’ingresso del centro storico di Grottaglie (se arrivate in auto, potete comodamente utilizzare l’ampio parcheggio che trovate subito fuori dal centro storico, dopo la discesa). Ma questo non è che uno degli aspetti per i quali sceglierò di riprovare la cucina di Macchiaviva, non appena tornerò in questo Comune. Il menù vario, l’indiscussa qualità degli ingredienti utilizzati (a km zero, ci tengono a precisare), l’attenzione nel servizio e nella presentazione dei piatti, le pietanze semplici della cucina di un tempo che si intrecciano con qualche elemento più moderno, i sapori bilanciati e per nulla stucchevoli rendono questo posto davvero incredibile. Le foto che posto in allegato alla mia recensione non sono che un piccolissimo assaggio di ciò che vi aspetta, se deciderete di vivere questa esperienza gastronomica. Ma, oltre alla qualità, sappiate che in questo posto verrete accolti come amici e non come semplici o anonimi clienti. Davvero brave le tre donne (mamma e due figlie) che hanno saputo, con impegno e abnegazione, dar vita a questa bellissima realtà della nostra terra. Rarely has it happened to me to breathe an air of cordiality and care towards the customer as it happened in this bistro located just beyond the entrance to the historic center of Grottaglie (if you arrive by car, you can comfortably use the large parking area that you find immediately outside the historic center, after the descent). But this is only one of the aspects for which I will choose to try Macchiaviva's cuisine again, as soon as I return to this Municipality. The varied menu, the undisputed quality of the ingredients used (zero km, they are keen to specify), the attention in the service and presentation of the dishes, the simple dishes of the cuisine of the past that are intertwined with some more modern elements, the balanced and not at all cloying flavors make this place truly amazing. The photos attached to my review are just a small taste of what awaits you, if you decide to live this gastronomic experience. But, in addition to the quality, know that in this place you will be welcomed as friends and not as simple or anonymous customers. The three women (mother and two daughters) who have been able, with commitment and self-denial, to give life to this beautiful reality of our land are really good.
