Organizzatevi già altre serate perché il menù è tutto da provare... E nonostante la ricerca e la qualità delle materie prime i prezzi vi stupiranno !! Bravissimi!! Fantastic place ... Exceptional pizzas ... Maestro Andrea Brunetti and his staff will be able to offer you the top of the raw materials of our peninsula ... Note positive: 4/5 per la disponibilità e la tranquillità del titolare ,nonostante l' orario ( 22.30)ci ha accolto con cordialità e gentilezza. Il menù simpatico a mo di scuola elementare,ti rapisce subito e all' interno delle particolarità gastronomiche che colpiscono. Note negative: molti prodotti risultavano assenti,fatto sta che alla fine più che una scelta è sembrata una gentile imposizione, probabilmente dovuto dall' affollamento creatosi dalla coda sulla via principale, alcune materie prime e molti piatti " erano terminati o sostituiti seduta stante". La qualità: a me personalmente la pizza è piaciuta molto,come tipologia di impasto ( tipo alla bapoli e con cornicione morbido.Forse il forno ,sembrava basso di temperatura,alcune pizze presentavano un impasto un po' al limite del poco cotto,alveolatura interna poco presente,evidenziando la tipica bagnatura di una cottura troppo indietro. Gusto e prodotti comunque ottimi. Note: ci tornerò con un po' più fi calma e non nelle festività,per provarli in una situazione più normale Trapped by Easter Monday on the col di Nava .. we decide to stop in this pizzeria. Positive notes: 4/5 for the availability and tranquility of the owner, despite the time (10.30 pm) he welcomed us with warmth and kindness. The nice menu, similar to elementary school, will captivate you immediately and within the gastronomic peculiarities that strike. Negative notes: many products were absent, the fact is that in the end, more than a choice it seemed a gentle imposition, probably due to the crowding created by the queue on the main street, some raw materials and many dishes "were finished or replaced on the spot". The quality: I personally liked the pizza a lot, as a type of dough (type alla bapoli and with a soft edge. Perhaps the oven seemed low in temperature, some pizzas had a dough a little on the verge of undercooked, internal alveolation not very present, highlighting the typical wetting of cooking too far back. Still excellent taste and products. Notes: I'll be back there with a little more calm and not in the holidays, to try them in a more normal situation

Good quality products and delicious authentic pizza but cramped tables and very slow and somewhat unhelpful service bordering on rude at times. After seeking out the waitress to order just a drink after twenty minutes waiting was told "we're busy, we'll come when we can so wait at your table".... This lack of courtesy for the customer and the lengthy wait seriously detracts from the quality of the pizza.
