Le due stelle sono per il commesso molto sgorbutico, poco chiaro nella spiegazione, molto superficiale e sembrava che quasi ci faceva un favore nel servirci. Molto sgradevole. Nn penso di ritornare nello stesso negozio. Nice place, good products. Mi dice Alberto dopo essersi confrontato con un collega che viste restrizioni covid nn possono usare il materiale esposto. Mi sembra giusto e chiedo se comprando dei prodotti mi possono applicare solo quelli che avevo comprato . Risposta “ Certooo, dopo che li abbiamo selezionati e pagati , glieli applico!!”( già la precisazione” pagati “mi pareva fuori luogo…). Spendo 99,50 euro… e dopo aver pagato mi dice “ mi sono confrontato per scrupolo di nuovo e mi hanno detto che per il covid non posso applicarle L ombretto e mascara “( le estetiste con le maschere fanno le sopracciglia!!!non vedo la differenza!)…..e me lo dici dopo che ho “ pagato”???? Perché prima mi dite una cosa diversa? Per indurmi a comprare?? Mi lamento anche con l’altro commesso col quale si era confrontato che ride e tace. Forse alla Mac può comprare solo gente che del trucco ne fa un lavoro!? E allora avvisami! Mi sono sentita truffata e con me la Mac ha chiuso. VERY INCORRECT!
