Però potrebbe essere colpa della casa madre o del corriere. Alla fine la lavasciuga funziona anche se da sempre problemi. Technically very good, I'm not sure about the 5 stars just because we had some pending time with the spare parts. But it could be the fault of the parent company or the courier. In the end, the washer-dryer works even if it always has problems.

Dopo sopralluogo mi dicono di attendere 4 giorni per il pezzo di ricambio preventivando una spesa di 90€. Poi nessuno mi richiama più finché non richiamo io e dopo 11 giorni, sollecitati dalla mia chiamata mi chiedono 150€ per aver cambiato anche la resistenza (perfettamente funzionante). Bad experience. Then nobody calls me back until I call back and after 11 days, prompted by my call, they ask me for € 150 for changing the resistance (perfectly functional).

Vada per il costo di sostituzione della scheda tecnica (effettuato solo perché mi avevano assicurato che la lavatrice era in ottimo stato) ma quando li ho ricontattati perché pensavo che la scheda fosse saltata nuovamente (e il pezzo era in garanzia), il nuovo intervento di sostituzione delle spazzole motore (che costano circa € 20 come da me visionato su google!) effettuato in 15-20 minuti, mi è costato € 120. Per giunta, alle mie rimostranze sull'esosità della fattura, il tecnico ha sfacciatamente risposto che i pezzi si trovavano anche a meno! Oltre il danno la beffa, ma poco male se la mia esperienza eviterà ad altri una fregatura e a loro indebiti introiti! Popolo della rete, fate tesoro delle recensioni! Within six months, two of their interventions cost me like a new washing machine. Go for the cost of replacing the data sheet (carried out only because they had assured me that the washing machine was in excellent condition) but when I contacted them again because I thought the card was skipped again (and the piece was under warranty), the new intervention by replacement of the motor brushes (which cost about € 20 as seen by me on google!) made in 15-20 minutes, it cost me € 120. Moreover, to my grievances on the exoseness of the invoice, the technician brazenly replied that the pieces were even less! Beyond the damage, the joke, but not bad if my experience will prevent others from a rip-off and their undue income! Network people, treasure the reviews!
