Ci siamo affidati a lui nella speranza di avere un supporto durante il nostro percorso, ma si è rivelato un flop. Il 90% delle volte non sapevamo come procedere, ci venivano richiesti documenti all'ultimo minuto, davamo documenti che poi non venivano dirottati a chi di competenza, e nel complesso non abbiamo ricevuto un supporto nella sua totalità. Il più delle volte Ci siamo dovuti arrangiare contattando i diretti interessati per avere informazioni. A ridosso della stipula del mutuo, mi sono dovuta ricordare autonomamente di dirottare il mio stipendio sul conto corrente oggetto di mutuo. L'unica nota positiva che ci è stata comunicata dall'agenzia immobiliare è che Giuliano è intervenuto durante la valutazione bancaria per consentirci di non avere problemi, e di questo gliene do il merito e gliene sono grata.
