★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco professionali, ho chiamato per un intervento su condizionatore, mi hanno liquidato in malo modo perché occupati con una persona e perché, forse, non lo avevano installato loro. Non mi sembra un buon motivo.
Unprofessional, I called for an intervention on air conditioner, they dismissed me badly because they were busy with a person and because, maybe, they hadn't installed them. It doesn't seem like a good reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto sostituire la mia caldaia da questa azienda, inizialmente premurosi e attenti, a fine lavoro subito pagati, solo che i termosifoni alcuni non si scaldano e altri solo in parte. Il risultato è che a distanza di 2 mesi ho ancora la casa fredda e sarò costretto a chiamare un idraulico, con ulteriore aggravio di spesa, per sistemare quello che avrebbero dovuto fare loro. Alle mie chiamate rispondono dicendo che devo io spurgare dall’aria che si è formata dentro l’impianto è che in caso sarebbero venuti a fare un controllo, ma da ottobre ancora non sono venuti a sistemare, della serie arrangiatevi. Metto una stella perché meno non è possibile.
I had my boiler replaced by this company, initially thoughtful and attentive, at the end of the work immediately paid, only that some radiators do not heat up and others only partially. The result is that after 2 months I still have a cold house and I will be forced to call a plumber, with an additional cost, to fix what they should have done. They respond to my calls by saying that I have to purge the air that has formed inside the system and that in case they would have come for a check, but since October they have not yet come to fix, of the series make do. I put a star because less is not possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatti due interventi con ML CLIMA a distanza di 5 anni l uno dall altro e in entrambi i casi ho riscontrato disponibilità , cortesia e professionalità con cui hanno risolto in breve tempo. In entrambi i casi sono stati anche puntuali sugli orari fissati. Anche i prezzi li ho trovati corretti e assolutamente competitivi.
28 NOVEMBRE 2019 Eseguito nuovo intervento per una nuova ed ulteriore problematica. Anche in questo caso l' intervento è stato tempestivo, puntuale ed efficace. Ancora una volta confermo onestà riguardo i tariffari e, ovviamente, riconfermo anche le 5 STELLE! La recensione della Sig.ra Rampado non rende giustizia a questa ditta, per me n.1 tra gli squali presenti su Padova. E specifico che il mio clima non è stato installato da ML clima. Bisognerebbe semplicemente capire che le chiamate, per chi svolge questa attività, in alcuni periodi possono essere più elevate del solito e, a malincuore, bisogna mettersi in coda. Ciò nonostante, ho sempre riscontrato la massima disponibilità per fare tutto il possibile per soddisfare il cliente
Made two interventions with ML CLIMA 5 years apart and in both cases I found availability, courtesy and professionalism with which they resolved in a short time. In both cases they were also punctual on the fixed times. I also found the prices correct and absolutely competitive.
NOVEMBER 28, 2019 New intervention carried out for a new and further issue. Also in this case the intervention was timely, punctual and effective. Once again I confirm honesty about the rate cards and, of course, I also confirm the 5 STARS! The review of Mrs. Rampado does not do justice to this company, for me n.1 among the sharks present on Padua. It is specific that my climate has not been installed by ML Climate. It should simply be understood that calls, for those who carry out this activity, in some periods may be higher than usual and, reluctantly, have to queue. Nonetheless, I have always found the maximum availability to do everything possible to satisfy the customer
