Il servizio accoglienza è imbarazzante nel senso che entri nel negozio e ti viene subito il dubbio di disturbare, non ti viene neanche rivolto un semplice buongiorno. Dopo qualche minuto di attesa e in negozio non c era nessuno inizio timidamente a chiedere qualcosa. Ti risponde gente che non capisci se li è i li fa. Poi il top. Aggiustare con un liquido la gomma di un trattorino tagliaerba erba da giardino che avevo bucato mi hanno dato scontrino con 45 euro scontato a SOLI 30... Incredibile possano esistere nel 2017 ancora dei negozi del genere e dei fessi come me che ci vanno. Non andateci. Fate tesoro della mia pessima esperienza
Bad experience. In 2 words. The reception service is embarrassing in the sense that you enter the shop and you immediately have the doubt of disturbing, you are not even addressed to a simple good morning. After a few minutes of waiting and in the shop there was nobody shyly starting to ask for something. People who do not understand if it is there will answer them. Then the top. Adjusting with a liquid the rubber of a lawn mower lawn mower that I had punctured gave me a receipt with a discount of 45 euros for ONLY 30 ... Incredible there may still be such stores and idiots like me who go there in 2017. Don't go there. Take advantage of my bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decespugliatore nuovo comprato da un mese, portato in garanzia per una riparazione hanno avuto il coraggio di presentare il conto e accusare il cliente di incuria... scusate il disturbo, davvero, e complimenti alla signora per i modi “gentili” e per l’accoglienza pessima.
New brushcutter bought for a month, brought as a guarantee for a repair, they had the courage to present the bill and accuse the customer of neglect ... sorry for the trouble, really, and congratulations to the lady for the "kind" ways and for the bad reception.
