Tanto sanno solo vendere roba nuova . Strano siano ancora in attività nonostante la loro totale indisponibilità nei confronti dei clienti, che hanno bisogno di assistenza per attrezzature datate . In più occasioni ho avuto risposte di comodo . È più facile dire che il ricambio non si trova piu' che interessarsi a cercarlo . Meno male che i concorrenti sono in altra sintonia . Per l'ennesima volta ciò che per loro non si trovava , reperito nuovo a Bologna , chissà esisteranno dei maghi ..... L’ho scoperto ieri grazie ad una indicazione del gestore di un negozio di piante e di mangimi per animali che non dista molta strada da qui. Stavo cercando un filtro aria per un decespugliatore Honda regalatomi un paio d’anni fa, e non riuscivo a trovarlo da nessuna parte. Mi ha servito un Signore gentilissimo (credo il proprietario) di cui non so il nome, che si e’ fatto in quattro per capire di che filtro avessi bisogno, e cercato, rovistato, in magazzino, mi ha smontato da un motore nuovo il filtro che avevo riconosciuto e che faceva per me. Beh che dire, senza parole, al giorno d’oggi non capita più di incontrare persone del genere, soprattutto se stiamo parlando di un filtro da 8,00 euro. Ringrazio ancora la gentilissima persona che mi ha servito, faccio il suo stesso mestiere ( di articoli diversi) da più di trent’anni e credetemi se vi dico che non esistono più queste persone. Si e’ conquistato un nuovo cliente, che gli farà un’ottima pubblicità con tutti i propri clienti (e sono tanti) Nell’era di internet, delle vendite online, delle multinazionali che vendono di tutto, questi negozi, queste Persone bisogna valorizzarle il più possibile, per evitare che scompaiano, e che ci lascino tutti con il muso davanti ad un freddo display. I discovered it yesterday thanks to an indication from the manager of a plant and animal feed shop not far from here. I was looking for an air filter for a Honda brushcutter given to me a couple of years ago, and I couldn't find it anywhere. I was served by a very kind gentleman (I believe the owner) whose name I do not know, who went out of his way to understand what filter I needed, and searched, rummaged, in the warehouse, he disassembled the filter from a new engine that I had recognized and that it did for me. Well what to say, without words, nowadays it no longer happens to meet such people, especially if we are talking about an 8.00 euro filter. I still thank the very kind person who served me, I have been doing his job (with different items) for more than thirty years and believe me when I tell you that these people no longer exist. A new customer has been won over, who will give him excellent advertising with all his customers (and there are many) In the age of the internet, of online sales, of multinationals that sell everything, these shops, these People must be valued as much as possible, to prevent them from disappearing, and leaving us all with our faces in front of a cold display.
