Ma voglio segnalare che ieri una signora che voleva fare benzina, e cercava di posizionare l'auto per il self service, forse un pò confusa, veniva invitata a spostarsi all'altra pompa di distribuzione da un addetto alto, biondo e ad accostarsi e senza che lei dicesse niente le ha fatto benzina "servito" e non self, attingendo tra l'altro dalla parte opposta e dicendo " se no noi che ci stiamo a fare" e confondendola ancor di più , la signora era convinta fosse solo un atto di gentilezza, sarebbe il caso che il titolare controlli più attentamente questi comportamenti di questo dipendente. Io l'ho riferito alla signora che e' rimasta molto male e che comunque ha detto che non sarebbe più ritornata li!! I regularly use the EGO in question and everything is always very good.
