β β β β β Indecente gestione della politica di spedizione tramite il sito Internet. Sono cliente di questa ditta da anni mi reco regolarmente nella boutique di Roma. Essendo iscritto alla news letter il giorno 8 agosto decido di acquistare un paio di scarpe dopo aver letto che gli ordini sarebbero stati differiti per la pausa di Ferragosto a partire da quelli eseguiti il 10 agosto. Attendo inutilmente notizie anche semplicemente su una data ipotetica di spedizione e il giorno 22 mi decido a scrivere per capire che fine ha fatto la spedizione che naturalmente nel frattempo Γ¨ stata regolarmente addebitata su carta di credito
Dopo un poβ mi arriva una laconica risposta che il settore logistico di spedizione e chiuso e riaprirΓ il 26 agosto come se io avessi fatto lβordine dopo il 10 agosto.Questa Γ¨ una vergogna indecente ed Γ¨ inaccettabile.
Mi domando quale sia la politica effettuata nei confronti di coloro che non sono clienti se questo il modo di trattare coloro quali comprano da anni. Alla fine ho annullato lβordine.
Indecent management of the shipping policy via the website. I have been a client of this company for years I regularly visit the Rome boutique. Being registered with the news letter on August 8th, I decided to buy a pair of shoes after reading that the orders would be delayed for the mid-August break starting from those performed on August 10th. I look forward to news even simply on a hypothetical shipping date and on the 22nd I decide to write to understand what happened to the shipment, which in the meantime has been regularly debited to my credit card
After a while I get a laconic reply that the shipping logistics sector is closed and will reopen on August 26 as if I had made the order after August 10. This is an indecent shame and is unacceptable.
I wonder what the policy is towards those who are not customers if this is the way to treat those they have been buying for years. In the end I canceled the order.
