Chiesto informazioni ed ottenuto risposte evasive.
Ultimo mio ingresso in questo negozio altro che Einstein mi sono sentito uno stupido.
 Shop to avoid,
So many crashed carts,
endless queues at the cash desks,
A single open box with about thirty trolleys lined up
Asked for information and got evasive answers.
My last entry into this shop other than Einstein I felt stupid.

Cercando un prodotto nello specifico e non vedendo dove normalmente dovrebbe essere, ho chiesto a delle dipendenti dove avrei potuto trovare questo articolo !
La risposta è stata di cercarlo in una corsia.
Ringraziando ho continuato a fare il mio giro, abbassando lo sguardo verso dei contenitori, noto proprio ciò che avevo chiesto al personale e forse a poco meno di qualche metro di distanza rispetto alle indicazioni che mi hanno fornito.
Mi domando e mi chiedo!
Nei corsi di aggiornamento che sicuramente questa catena di discount effettua ai propri dipendenti, è previsto che se un cliente chiede informazioni su determinati articoli debba ricevere giuste informazioni senza per questo girare l'intero discount!
Suggerisco se concesso un aggiornamento sui comportamenti dei dipendenti proprio riguardo le dinamiche tra essi ed i clienti.
