★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato 2 depuratori e si sono crepati nella parte posteriore per cinque volte. Pare a causa dell'umidificatore (sempre della Lux), che avevo comprato. I depuratori sono stati riparati da Des di Bergamo (sostituendo la parte posteriore e lasciandomi sprovvista dell'apparecchio per diverso tempo). L'umidificatore l'ho restituito, avendone in cambio filtri. Non sono andata all'associazione consumatori per i rapporti con il venditore di Torino. Dicono che sono stata sfortunata. In un primo tempo però sembravo la responsabile. Invece è Lux che immette sul mercato prodotti senza averli testati seriamemente e certo la mia opinione non è positiva. Mariella Modica Torino
 I bought 2 purifiers and they cracked in the back five times. It seems because of the humidifier (also from Lux), which I had bought. The purifiers were repaired by Des of Bergamo (replacing the rear part and leaving me without the appliance for some time). I returned the humidifier, having filters in return. I did not go to the consumer association for relations with the Turin seller. They say I was unlucky. At first, however, I seemed to be responsible. Instead it is Lux who puts products on the market without having tested them seriously and my opinion is certainly not positive. Mariella Modica Turin
