Compilo il modulo di richiesta assistenza per chiedere ove reperire un pezzo dello svettatoio, ricevo una gentile nota che mi chiede di fornire foto del pezzo rotto, do immediatamente seguito alla risposta. Dopo 15 giorni, non avendo ricevuto nulla, sollecito un riscontro ma a distanza di 21 giorni non ho ricevuto nulla. Cerco di contattare il servizio clienti in Italia componendo il numero trovato nel sito non ho ricevuto nemmeno la risposta.
 Unworthy customer support of this name. I fill out the assistance request form to ask where to find a piece of the pruner, I receive a kind note asking me to provide photos of the broken piece, I immediately follow up on the answer. After 15 days, having received nothing, I ask for a reply but after 21 days I have not received anything. I try to contact customer service in Italy by dialing the number found on the site I have not even received the answer.
