R	Roberto CARAVELLO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si potrebbe dare anche il massimo in termini di qualità dei prodotti, ma se manca disponibilità, cortesia e soprattutto "educazione" il servizio diventa inqualificabile. Per circa un mese aspettavo notizie in merito a due plafoniere (per 3/4 già pagate ) e ogni volta che "chiamavo io" puntualmente mi si rinviava alla settimana successiva e puntualmente per ben tre volte ero sempre io a ricontattare... finché alla terza telefonata una dipendente indispettita asserisce che mi aveva già detto che sarebbe trascorso un mese e che se volevo potevo ritornare in negozio dove avremmo sciolto l'ordine e mi avrebbero restituito il dovuto. Chiedo di parlare al titolare (lì presente) per provare ad avere almeno con lui una conversazione civile ma anche lui aggredisce telefonicamente e mette giù senza neanche provare ad ascoltare... richiamo ancora per cercare un confronto civile ma niente questi si fa negare dall'assistente. Quando andai in negozio mi sono limitato a mandare i saluti al titolare tramite la segretaria perché ovviamente questi rimase dentro l'ufficio senza neanche provare a chiarire. For about a month I was waiting for news about two ceiling lights (for 3/4 already paid) and every time I "called myself" I was postponed to the following week and punctually three times I was always the one to contact ... until third phone call an annoyed employee asserts that she had already told me that a month would have passed and that if I wanted I could go back to the shop where we would have dissolved the order and would have returned the due. I ask to speak to the owner (there present) to try to have at least a civil conversation with him but he also attacks by phone and puts it down without even trying to listen ... I call again to look for a civil confrontation but nothing he denies by assistant. When I went to the shop I just sent the greetings to the owner through the secretary because obviously he remained inside the office without even trying to clarify. CONGRATULATIONS
C	Claudia Cascino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa: nonostante avessimo acquistato 3 lampadari spendendendo complessivamente più di 1000 euro fin da subito non ci hanno detto che i lampadari erano totalmente da montare;cosa che abbiamo scoperto al momento della consegna e che addirittura il montaggio ha un costo non indifferente;effettivamente a saperlo prima sarebbe stato più conveniente comprare online. Infine fanno pagare il pezzo che nel montaggio si è rotto non andando incontro al cliente. Bad experience: although we had purchased 3 spendendendo chandeliers over 1000 Euros in total from the beginning we were not told that the chandeliers were totally be mounted; something that we discovered upon delivery and even installation has a considerable cost; actually knowing it before it would have been cheaper to buy online. Finally they charge the piece that in the assembly broke not going to meet the customer.
