Birra malastrana e altre birre artigianali a rotazione durante l'anno, panini di qualità fatti sul momento con la pasta della pizza, curati nell'aspetto e nella qualità dei prodotti utilizzati, così come le pizze variegate e gustose e gli "storici" cavatelli sapientamente e passionalmente prodotti a mano in casa. Consigliato non solo agli amanti e cultori di birra artigianale ma a tutte le persone che vogliono veramente bere bene, in quanto aldilà della qualità delle birre offerte, Il grande valore aggiunto è l'eccezionale capacità tecnica nella spillatura delle diverse birre proposte, questo fa la differenza nel gustarsi una buona birra o una cattiva birra che ti rimane sullo stomaco e ti gonfia, cosa che qui non ti capiterà. Personale insufficiente per gestire 70-80 persone tutte in una sera ma soprattutto la cucina...non in grado di servire in tempi accettabili. Arrivavano 2-3 pizze ogni 10 minuti !!! Forse il forno era piccolo. Purtroppo la disorganizzazione ha reso la serata nervosa per colpa dell'attesa interminabile. Il proprietario ha dato la colpa che non avevo prenotato. Ma penso che se avessi prenotato mi sarei innervosito ancor di più.!!! La pizza discreta e la birra buona ma non abbastanza per dare un voto positivo. Arrival 21:30 ... 30 minutes to sit down ... arrival of pizzas 23:10 !!!
