Mario Scardera, con i due figli Remo e Salvatore, è titolare di due officine meccaniche in Molise. Termoli e Casacalenda. Remo è un mago della parte elettronica e ottimo meccanico. Idee molto chiare riguardo la gestione del lavoro e dei ruoli. Non esiste problema che non possa essere risolto da lui. Specialmente se ne fa una questione di principio. E succede spesso. I guasti con lui hanno vita difficile. Salvatore è cresciuto in mezzo alle macchine. La meccanica è il suo ruolo e lo svolge con competenza innata e buon umore. Mario, il padre, persona modesta e grande lavoratore è di una onestà disarmante, di questi tempi. L'onestà, insisto, è il tratto che caratterizza queste persone. Affidatevi a loro con fiducia.
