Unfortunately I found 2 opposite people ... one very helpful when I rented a scooter and another very very rude when I returned it ... too bad. I will have to look for other charterers the next year in the same area.

Ho prenotato un noleggio di un furgone per un trasporto ma quando sono andato a ritirarlo dopo 2 giorni come concordato, lo avevano dato ad altri... ho perso un trasporto a causa loro.. Not serious at all. I booked a van rental for a transport but when I went to collect it after 2 days as agreed, they had given it to others ... I lost a transport because of them ..

Avevamo la macchina in panne durante un lungo viaggio e sono stati disponibili a lavorare subito sulla nostra auto nonostante ne avessero altre di "ordinaria amministrazione" sui ponti. Lavoro eccellente e prezzi onestissimi. Non c'è officina migliore in zona. La limitrofa officina Cenci (sulla sinistra nel piazzale condiviso dalle due officine semi-omonime) ci aveva chiesto di lasciare l'auto per 3 giorni non sapendo nemmeno identificare l'origine del danno, Star Motors ha risolto tutto in 2 ore e mezza, ho detto tutto. Exceptional workshop, very courteous and helpful staff. Our car broke down during a long drive and they were available to work on our car right away despite having other "routine" cars on the bridges. Excellent work and very fair prices. There is no better workshop in the area. The neighboring Cenci workshop (on the left in the square shared by the two semi-homonymous workshops) had asked us to leave the car for 3 days not even knowing how to identify the origin of the damage, Star Motors solved everything in 2 and a half hours, I all said.

J	Jen Harper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IMBROGLIONI, DISONESTI E AGGRESSIVI Ci siamo imbattuti in questa officina per un guasto improvviso in autostrada con nostra figlia di 5 mesi. Non solo hanno temporeggiato per riparare un guasto da nulla ma ci hanno presentato un conto esorbitante per un ricambio di seconda mano. Quando il mio compagno ha annunciato che avrebbe pagato l'importo ma contestato la fattura, il proprietario, un cafone arrogante, ha minacciato di raddoppiare l'importo. Il mio compagno, infastidito dall'atteggiamento scorretto e per niente professionale ha fatto notare che non poteva aumentare il prezzo a suo piacimento e così il proprietario lo ha AGGREDITO CON UNO SPRAY AL PEPERONCINO! Sono dovute intervenute le forze dell'ordine e l'ambulanza. Tutta la nostra famiglia è ancora molto scossa dall'accaduto. Procederemo per vie legali con la speranza che questo individuo paghi per il suo comportamento a dir poco vile e disgustoso. Oltre al disagio fisico causato al mio compagno e lo stress psicologico per tutti noi, inclusa una NEONATA, durante il viaggio di ritorno ci siamo accorti che la riparazione era stata effettuata male e la macchina perdeva gasolio. VERGOGNA! CHEATS, DISHONESTS AND AGGRESSIVE We stumbled upon this workshop due to a sudden breakdown on the highway with our 5 month old daughter. Not only did they stall to fix a fault out of nothing but they presented us with an exorbitant bill for a second hand replacement. When my partner announced that he would pay the amount but disputed the bill, the owner, an arrogant boor, threatened to double the amount. My partner, annoyed by the unfair and not at all professional attitude pointed out that he could not increase the price to his liking and so the owner AGGRED him WITH A CHILI SPRAY! The police and the ambulance had to intervene. Our whole family is still very shaken by what happened. We will take legal action with the hope that this individual will pay for his vile and disgusting behavior to say the least. In addition to the physical discomfort caused to my partner and the psychological stress for all of us, including a BABY GIRL, on the return trip we realized that the repair had been badly done and the car was leaking diesel. SHAME!
