★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprato Drone a Dicembre 2016, autonomia un terzo di quella dichiarata. Lo porto in riparazione con 4 corone danneggiate, dopo 1 mese e mezzo mi avvisa che è pronto, vado a ritirarlo pago la riparazione e una volta a casa mi accorgo che non era stato nemmeno guardato. Lo riporto in negozio dove è ancora oggi da 6 mesi per sostituzione delle 4 corone perché ovviamente i ricambi non si trovano. Vado qualche giorno fa in negozio per sollecitare e far valere i miei diritti visto che mi era stata garantita l'assistenza e i ricambi e la risposta è che se non se non arrivano i pezzi il negozio non ne può niente. Che comprano solo articoli di qualità che forniscono ricambi (7 mesi e le corone non si vedono ancora).
A detta di questo professionista la garanzia degli oggetti volanti è a carico del produttore, quindi se comprate un drone o simili qui scordatevi della garanzia del venditore. (In questo negozio la legge italiana non vale).
Conclusione ho comprato un articolo nel 2016 e forse lo utilizzerò nel 2018 un ottimo investimento per chi vuole buttare via dei soldi.

 Bought Drone in December 2016, autonomy one third of that declared. I take it for repair with 4 damaged crowns, after 1 month and a half it warns me that it is ready, I go to pick it up I pay the repair and once at home I realize that it had not even been looked at. I bring it back to the shop where it has been still today for 6 months to replace the 4 crowns because obviously the spare parts are not found. I go to the shop a few days ago to solicit and assert my rights as I have been guaranteed assistance and spare parts and the answer is that if the pieces don't arrive, the shop cannot do anything. They only buy quality items that supply spare parts (7 months and the crowns are not seen yet).
According to this professional, the guarantee of flying objects is paid by the manufacturer, so if you buy a drone or the like here, forget the seller's guarantee. (In this shop the Italian law does not apply).
Conclusion I bought an item in 2016 and maybe I will use it in 2018 a great investment for those who want to throw money away.
