E, cosa più unica che rara, all'inizio di ogni classe si ripassano i movimenti fondamentali del wod, perché la sicurezza va di pari passo col divertimento.
Un team speciale, davvero!
Superb is CrossFit in Genoa, there is no question ... It's a family, a group of friends who go beyond just doing sports together ...
And, more unique than rare, at the beginning of each class the fundamental movements of the wod are reviewed, because safety goes hand in hand with fun.
A special team, really!
