In vacanza a Genova con la mia famiglia, durante uno degli ultimi spostamenti con l'auto il giorno prima di rientrare a Napoli, mi si accende una spia di allarme con messaggio di rischio rottura motore. In preda al panico e con il pensiero al viaggio di rientro del giorno seguente di ben 750 km ,ricerco su google una officina a cui affidarmi per capire e provare a risolvere il problema. Trovo "autofficina Riccardo" con tutte recensioni positive, inoltre non troppo lontano dall'albergo in cui soggiornavo.
Chiamo e risponde il titolare che subito si mette a disposizione per ricevermi il giorno dopo alle 8.00 all'apertura.
Fatta diagnosi all'auto e immediatamente individuato il problema che è stato risolto nel più breve tempo possibile, consentendomi in tutta tranquillità di rimettermi in auto e affrontare con la mia famiglia nella stessa giornata il viaggio fino a Napoli.
Professionalità, disponibilità e cortesia, questo è ciò che ho trovato affidandomi all' Autofficina Riccardo.

On vacation in Genoa with my family, during one of the last trips by car the day before returning to Naples, an alarm light comes on with a risk of engine failure message. In a panic and with the thought of the return trip of the following day of 750 km, I search on google for a workshop to rely on to understand and try to solve the problem. I find "Riccardo car repair shop" with all positive reviews, also not too far from the hotel where I was staying.
I call and answer the owner who immediately makes himself available to receive me the next day at 8.00 at the opening.
Once the car was diagnosed and the problem was immediately identified, which was solved in the shortest possible time, allowing me to get back in the car in complete tranquility and tackle the journey to Naples with my family on the same day.
Professionalism, availability and courtesy, this is what I found by relying on Autofficina Riccardo.
