La punta di diamante è offerta con le arti marziali. Offre svariati corsi che spaziano dal judo fino alla muay thai e le mma. Consigliata Gym very well organized and equipped, offers weight room in single or with a personal trainer and different types of courses. The spearhead is offered with martial arts. B	Bobo Guara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella palestra senza fronzoli ma completa di tutto quello che serve per allenarsi, ho avuto il piacere di allenarmi con il maestro Staroccia per il bjj e sono rimasto stregato dalla sua passione e professionalità, anche se si e novizi ti mette immediatamente a proprio agio . Identico discorso per il maestro Iacomini per la kickboxing serio e molto preparato. Palestra consigliatissima Beautiful gym with no frills but complete with everything you need to train, I had the pleasure of training with the master Staroccia for the bjj and I was enchanted by his passion and professionalism, even if you and novices puts you immediately at ease. Same speech for the master Iacomini for serious and very prepared kickboxing. Gym highly recommended

L'area tatami è sempre molto pulita, la palestra è sempre ordinata. Il personale è attento e gioviale con i soci. Io seguo il corso boxe e tutti gl'istruttori sono professionali e coinvolgenti. I have been attending this gym for a year and I must say that it is a peaceful and familiar environment. I take the boxing course and all the instructors are professional and engaging.

L'atmosfera calda e accogliente dovuta alla gestione familiare della palestra crea un luogo dove fa piacere tornare ogni giorno per stare tra amici. Impossibile non legare con i proprietari ma anche con il personale, sempre pronto ad offrire il suo aiuto e a scambiare due chiacchiere. Per me è una seconda casa ormai. If you are afraid to join the gym and not attend, this is the right place. The warm and welcoming atmosphere due to the family management of the gym creates a place where it is nice to come back every day to be with friends. Impossible not to bond with the owners but also with the staff, always ready to offer his help and have a chat. For me it is a second home now.
