★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In qualità di amministratori di condominio hanno dimostrato di essere assolutamente incompetenti. In quattro anni (2013 - 2017) non sono stati capaci di indire neanche una sola riunione nonostante le ripetute richieste. Non hanno mai raccolto la posta dalla cassetta condominiale e ci hanno fatto recapitare da Acea una ingiunzione di pagamento. E dopo tutto questo tempo pensavano che avremmo approvato un bilancio ad occhi chiusi.
As condominium administrators they have proven to be absolutely incompetent. In four years (2013 - 2017) they have not been able to hold even a single meeting despite repeated requests. They never collected the mail from the condominium box and had Acea send us an injunction for payment. And after all this time they thought we would approve a budget with our eyes closed.
