Purtroppo dopo aver visto come facevano la così detta manicure (dove l’estetista non ha neanche bagnato le mie mani e ha lasciato tutte le pellicine in vista) ho ringraziato per il pedicure. Il prezzo sul listino non é giusto per il semplice fatto che quello che loro chiamano manicure non viene fatto. Oltre al pessimo servizio, il personale è privo di accoglienza al cliente. Sicuramente non tornerò più. I came into the salon and asked for a mani/pedi + nail polish. Unfortunately after seeing their so called manicure (where they didn’t even soak my fingers and proceeded to simply leave all the dead skin around my nails) I simply told them to finish my nails. The price listed is most definitely unjust given the fact that they do not give you a true manicure. As if that wasn’t enough the personal is rude and unprofessional. I will certainly not be coming back here again. I asked for a manicure / pedicure + nail polish. Unfortunately, after seeing how they did the so-called manicure (where the beautician didn't even wet my hands and left all the cuticles in sight) I thanked for the pedicure. The price on the list is not right for the simple fact that what they call manicure is not done. In addition to the bad service, the staff is lacking in customer reception. I will definitely not go back. I came into the salon and asked for a mani / pedi + nail polish. Infatti, oltre al refil unghie (molto lento a mio avviso) ho chieso depilazione totale inguine. Il progetto non è riuscito. Sono stati effettuati tantissimi strappi negli stessi punti e hanno rinunciato lasciandomi ancora peli. Inoltre ho fatto notare che non era stata effettuata la zona perianale e mi hanno risposto che loro quello non lo fanno (!!!!). Dunque a parere mio lavoro lasciato a metà. Avevo sí aspettative basse, ma è stato ancora peggio della grigia landa da me immaginata. I know well that the first thought that will come to your mind is that I was looking for it. Many tears were made in the same places and they gave up leaving me still hair. I also pointed out that the perianal area had not been performed and they replied that they do not do that (!!!!). So, in my opinion, my job was left halfway. I had low expectations, but it was even worse than the gray land I imagined.
