★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto una prenotazione per questo giovedì tramite uala la settimana scorsa, 15 minuti fa la mia prenotazione è stata cancellata, ho provato a rifare la prenotazione pensando che è un errore essendo la prima volta che uso sto sito - prima disponibilità tra 2 settimane... Poi ho provato a chiamare direttamente la struttura, ovvio nessuno che risponde al telefono. Penso che la mia prenotazione è stata cancellata per far posto a qualcun'altro, cosa che è estremamente non professionale! Sono rimasta molto molto male e molto delusa!
 I made a booking for this thursday through uala last week, 15 minutes ago my booking was canceled, i tried to re-book thinking it's a mistake being the first time i use i site - first availability in 2 weeks .. Then I tried to call the facility directly, obviously no one answering the phone. I think my booking was canceled to make room for someone else which is extremely unprofessional! I was very, very bad and very disappointed!

Sono andata da loro la prima volta casualmente ed avendo soddisfatto a pieno la mia richiesta sono tornata per altre sedute di bellezza. Quando chiedi informazioni per trattamenti più impegnativi e costosi, ti spiegano tutto in modo preciso e ti illustrano anche altre opzioni in base al tuo corpo/pelle ma non ti assillano per farti fissare immediatamente l'appuntamento, cosa che trovo intelligente perché dà al cliente la sensazione che il team di proponga veramente qualcosa studiato per te e non per fare cassa a fine giornata. Consigliato ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Very clean shop. The girls are very kind and knowledgeable. I went to them for the first time by chance and having fully satisfied my request, I returned for other beauty sessions. When you ask for more demanding and expensive treatments, they explain everything to you precisely and also show you other options based on your body / skin but they don't bother you to get the appointment fixed immediately, which I find smart because it gives the client the feeling that the team really offers something designed for you and not to make cash at the end of the day. Recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il centro mi ha colpita da subito per la pulizia, l'ordine e per il personale molto disponibile e alla mano. I prezzi sono giusti per il servizio che offrono e per la precisione. In questo periodo di covid sono state adottate tutte le precauzioni e le misure possibili per poter permettere al cliente di rilassarsi, ma in sicurezza. Lo consiglio!
The center immediately impressed me for its cleanliness, order and the very helpful and easy-going staff. The prices are fair for the service they offer and for the accuracy. During this covid period, all possible precautions and measures have been taken to allow the customer to relax, but in safety. I advise!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il centro estetico è curato nel minimo dettaglio, profuma di pulito e di fiori ed è molto rilassante come ambiente. Ho fatto un ceretta alle gambe con una dipendente, Eleonora, ed è stata non solo molto brava (non ha fatto per niente male) ma anche molto di compagnia, perché ero un po' tesa e per questo abbiamo chiacchierato tanto. Nel complesso, contando anche il rapporto qualità prezzo, è stata davvero una esperienza da 5 stelle ed è appena diventato il mio centro estetico di fiducia.
The beauty center is cared for down to the smallest detail, smells of cleanliness and flowers and is very relaxing as an environment. I waxed my legs with an employee, Eleonora, and she was not only very good (it didn't hurt at all) but also a lot of company, because I was a bit tense and that's why we chatted a lot. Overall, even counting the value for money, it was truly a 5-star experience and has just become my trusted beauty center.
