Not at all happy with the visit. Duration 5 minutes and maybe even less, gives no explanation and briefly answers any question. Gone away with so many ???

Voucher su Groupon per un check up completo per mia moglie. Lascio il messaggio in segreteria, mi richiama dandomi appuntamento per il 23 aprile( ben 19 giorni dopo). Il 23 aprile mi presento con mia moglie e la segretaria mi dice che il dottore da appuntamenti solo per privati e che gli appuntamenti di Groupon li gestisce lei e che avremmo dovuto spostare ad altra data l appuntamento!!! Complimenti!!! Avvisare prima no vero? Avete grande condiderazione della gente.....
I bought a
Groupon voucher for a full check up for my wife. I leave the message on the answering machine, he calls me back, making an appointment for April 23 (19 days later). On April 23rd I introduce myself with my wife and the secretary tells me that the doctor is only for private appointments and that she manages Groupon appointments and that we should have moved the appointment to another date !!! Compliments!!! Notify first right? You have great condideration of people .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non si lavora così. Abbiamo acquistato il coupon su Groupon più di un mese fa .. rimandato più di tre volte . La seconda volta addirittura sapete come ci hanno annullato l appuntamento? Tramite facebook!!! Questa non è professionalità. Evitatelo!
You don't work like that. We bought the coupon on Groupon over a month ago .. delayed more than three times. The second time you even know how they canceled the appointment? With facebook!!! This is not professionalism. Avoid it!
